        Comfy and fabulous service

        These are for my daughter after she got her first period so she hasn't had a chance to see how well they work, but she says they are the most comfy of the period undies she's tried (I bought about 3 types to try). They are the only ones that don't give her a wedgie apparently! I can't say enough great things about Tamsin and her friendly trusting service. She answered my questions, exchanged sizes for free, it was all very easy. I almost wish I still got periods so I could try them myself. Almost ;-)

        1      Measure Hip Size 

        How do I measure my hip? 
        Your hip measurement should include the fullest part of your hips and butt. Hold the start of the tape measure on one hip, wrap it around your butt and around your other hip, and then back to where you started. If you prefer a looser fit, insert your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow space.

        2     Measure Waist Size

        How do I measure my waist? Bend to the sides to reveal the natural crease in your waistline. Measure around your body along that line for your natural waist measurement, keeping the tape a bit loose.

        3    What if I’m Between Sizes?

        If in between sizes, or unsure, it is recommended you go up in size.
