The heavy absorbency style gusset is notably thicker, with two extra absorbency layers. It's designed for bladder leakage and heavy periods.
Sizing tip: please note, the material is incredibly soft but has limited stretch, so if you're between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up.

1 Measure Hip Size
How do I measure my hip?
Your hip measurement should include the fullest part of your hips and butt. Hold the start of the tape measure on one hip, wrap it around your butt and around your other hip, and then back to where you started. If you prefer a looser fit, insert your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow space.
2 Measure Waist Size
How do I measure my waist? Bend to the sides to reveal the natural crease in your waistline. Measure around your body along that line for your natural waist measurement, keeping the tape a bit loose.
Please note, the material is incredibly soft but has limited stretch, so if you're between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up.

GUSSET: Your girly parts lay upon a super soft scientifically enhanced polyester fabric, which keeps you feeling completely dry and protected. Moisture is swiftly drawn through to the absorbent layers, and away from your most sensitive skin.
