1      Measure Hip Size 

How do I measure my hip? 
Your hip measurement should include the fullest part of your hips and butt. Hold the start of the tape measure on one hip, wrap it around your butt and around your other hip, and then back to where you started. If you prefer a looser fit, insert your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow space.

2     Measure Waist Size

How do I measure my waist? Bend to the sides to reveal the natural crease in your waistline. Measure around your body along that line for your natural waist measurement, keeping the tape a bit loose.

3    What if I’m Between Sizes?

If in between sizes, or unsure, it is recommended you go up in size.

BODY: COOLMAX is a technically enhanced breathable fabric specially designed to rapidly transport moisture away from your skin to the outer layer of the fabric where it evaporates quickly to keep you cool, dry and fabulously comfortable.

GUSSET: Your girly parts lay upon a super soft scientifically enhanced polyester fabric, which keeps you feeling completely dry and protected. Moisture is swiftly drawn through to the absorbent layers, and away from your most sensitive skin.  

After use, just rinse in cold water, then pop them in the washing machine or laundry tub to wait until you are ready to do your next load. Machine wash on a normal load (warm water 40°C) in a delicates bag. But please – no softener or bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. 

This range has been designed for ultra-high absorbency to ensure that when you sit down (and compress your undies) you don’t feel any dampness. 

FOR PERIODS:

Regular/Light Absorbency (20mls = 4 tampons)

Wear on most days of your period - but not the heaviest day/night.

Moderate Absorbency (40mls)

Wear on your moderate to heavy period days.

Heavy Absorbency (80mls)

Unless you experience super heavy periods, you will not need the heavy absorbency style. This range is designed more for bladder leaks and postpartum bleeding.

BLADDER LEAKS:

Regular/Light Absorbency (20mls)

For unexpected bladder leaks, such as when you cough, sneeze, or laugh with glee!

Moderate Absorbency (40mls)

For more than a trickle but less than a gush. For when you know it’s likely to happen, e.g. exercise.

Heavy Absorbency (80mls) 

For more than a gush but less than a flood.

Maxi Absorbency (120mls) 

For incontinence, when you want reassurance but no disposable waste. 

The underpants will last a minimum of 250 washes, but the anti-odour properties will become less effective after 80 washes.
