Vivo Bodywear - Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Please allow 3 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.

WILL I NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we offer direct exchanges with complimentary shipping if the product was not on sale. If the item was on sale, please pay for shipping to return the item. 

WILL MY STORE CREDIT EXPIRE?

Store credit requests are issued electronically. Credits do not expire and can be used toward anything on our site.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY RETURN IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

  • Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
  • Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorisation will be returned to sender.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH A STOCKIST?

Items purchased through stockists are only returnable through their platform/store.
