Vivo Bodywear - Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note, returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

WILL I NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, we offer direct exchanges with complimentary shipping. However, if you have bought an item on sale, or you live in a rural area, you will need to pay for postage to return the item. 

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH A STOCKIST?

Items purchased through stockists are only returnable through their platform/store.
